Returns & Exchanges

At PadelShop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your new racket or apparel isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective plastic on racket handles and original tags are still intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the equipment, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 3-5 business days.
